Garlic and Salts $45 per person:

We will be making Roasted Garlic Oil and Herb Infused Salts to use in roasting and grilling. Everyone will be bringing home oil and salt. And so no-one goes hungry, we will make Garlic Roasted Cornish Game Hens, Roasted Garlic Oil Potatoes, Garlic Oil Roasted Asparagus. And maybe there will be a surprise desert to wash it all down!

Dinner in 60 $45 per person:

We will provide you with our shopping list of staples so that no matter what comes your way, you will be able to have dinner for four or more ready in 60 minutes, from prep to plate! We will let you choose which two meals to prepare from the staples that we will provide; from clam linguini to meat-loaf, to pork tenderloin, roasted chicken or a quick meat sauce. Sure to be a crowd pleaser!
