| Our special guests brought us a LIVE 4 pound catfish to incorporate into the evening class. Chef Rebekah made Thai dumplings with the Catfish, quite simply delicious. Followed by a Thai style paella with lovely chunks of fresh fish, shrimp and scallops. All was topped off with vanilla ice cream with a mango/mint/lime sauce. | ||
